The 3 R's of environment are an important part of sustainable living, as they help to cut down the amount of waste we have to throw away. They preserve natural resources, landfill space and energy. Starting with reduce, is all about creating less waste. By buying only needed things, choosing products with less packing and looking for items that you can re-use. Then, reuse looks at how can you use items again before replacing them. It forces you to think more than once about your actions towards environmental changes. It’s starts with simple things like using paper bag for shopping rather than plastic one. Lastly, recycle is about making sure you separate items that can be recycled. It’s about learning what products can have a second life and what cannot. All 3 R's are not that hard to implement. All you need is to bring a small change in your daily lifestyle.

I wonder which of these Rs is the most difficult to implement. I guess Reduce involves the biggest mindset change.
