It’s not hard to notice that with the progress of social media, we’ve started using them in completely different ways, in comparison to the early beginnings. Is fake news a serious problem in the contemporary world?

I think that fake news is a serious problem. We hear them every single day. They can spread all over the world in a couple of hours or even minutes. In that short amount of time fake news is becoming viral and hard to overcome. That’s way they are so dangerous. Many people can’t tell what is fake and what is real. We don’t realize how great influence fake news has on us. They change our perspectives or force us to believe in their idea of true. We should fight against fake news not treat them blankly. Maybe then they will become less harmful.
